Customer Service PolicyIt is Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc.’s policy to give you the customer outstanding spa service. Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. wants to thank you for choosing us as your hot tub service company, and would like to continue having you as a customer. The following policy is for all of our customers Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. Rate: Payment is due at time of hottub service unless otherwise authorized. If a payment is not made at the time of service, payment in full is due within 15 days from date of hot tub service. On the 16th day late fees will be added every 15 days until payment is received to the accounting department. If you do not contact us within 5 days with a bill dispute and payment in not received within the terms outlined above, your file will be sent to collections. The customer is responsible for any and all court costs, collection fees, and attorney fees. There is a $29.00 Return Check Fee. Cancellation: Please call Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. 24 hours prior to appointment for cancellation. If the technician arrives at your home and can not perform the work requested there will be a $85.00 trip charge. The technician must have full access to the hot tub, electrical power, and water supply. Weather Conditions: Due to the fact that the technician has to handle electricity, sealants and other various items weather plays an important part in the repair of your hot tub. Please be patient. For rain cancellations our policy is to attempt to reschedule you within 7-14 business days of the original appointment. During the cold winter months it is your responsibility to keep the spa from freezing. Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. is not responsible if the pipes or spa freeze and create leaks. Returns & Credits: If a part has not been installed and you wish to return it there will be a 25% restock fee. The customer will receive an in house credit that is valid for one (1) year. Installed parts are not returnable. Parts & Repairs: All parts are to be paid for in full prior to ordering or approving a repair. No Exceptions. Parts have a manufactures warranty. Customer is responsible for labor charge to remove and install warranty parts. Appointments: If parts are being ordered an appointment will not be set until all parts have arrived in the office and checked for accuracy. No Exceptions. This also applies to any repairs that the parts have been sent out to be done by the manufacturer or other authorized repair company. Outside Repairs: If your equipment is sent out for repair please allow 4-6 weeks for Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. to call you with an estimate for the repair. Once Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. receives payment from you the equipment will be repaired and sent back to us. You will be contacted for an appointment once Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. has received the part. No Exceptions. Leak Repair: Be aware that leak repairs are time consuming. Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. policy is to repair the first leak that is found. After that leak is repaired it is not uncommon for other leaks to appear. At that time we will set a new appointment to repair the next leak. This may go on for an extended period of time. There is a 5-day warranty on leak repairs. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to contact Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. within 5 days of any problems. This includes parts not functioning properly and leaks. After the 5th day you will be charged for a new diagnostic. Also if the technician finds that the problem is not work Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. did there will also be a new diagnostic fee. During the cold winter months it is your responsibility to keep the spa from freezing. Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. is not responsible if the pipes or spa freeze and create leaks. Hot Tub Service Contract: Any service calls needed to do anything other than what is described on the contract will revert to our normal rates. This includes extra Drain & Cleans, hottub service calls and labor fees. Defective or Damaged Parts: If the merchandise is damaged during shipping please notify Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. immediately. Retain all shipping packaging for UPS inspection. If the merchandise is defective please call the office to check the status of any warranty issues and receive an RGA# for the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees to return defective merchandise. Easy Times Hot Tubs, Inc. will ship the replacement parts at no additional shipping and handling cost to the customer. |
