I have a 2002 Nuage Vita Spa. Everything works fine but almost all of the plastic midi swirl jets have popped out and I cannot get them to stay in. They are supposed to twist out for cleaning and then twist back in but that doesn't work. The dealer where it was originally purchased is out of business. The manufacturer has been no help. I have about 12 of these jets that I can't get to stay in. Would you have any idea what the problem is?

There can be two reasons for the jets not staying in. The first is usually chemical damage to the plastic. The second is wear and tear. If you can supply us with the serial number to the spa I can have new jets sent to you. I will need to know if they are black or gray. If we replace the jet internal and they still pop out we may have to replace the entire housing in the back as well. Typically just the internal works.
