Repairing crack and foam insulation under hot tub

We need some help? We recently received a 8 man hot tub it has a few cracks on the side and the bottom of the hot tub has a bigger crack in it. the insulation on the inside is missing from the bottom. we are wondering what if any fiberglass or solution anyone might have.

Typically once the acrylic is cracked the spa is disposed of. You can try a local boat and fiberglass company to repair the crack. If you are in Maryland I can supply you with a company. As for the foam, do you know who the manufacturer of the spa is? There are a couple of different types of foam to use. Some you can get at a local hardware store others we can supply for you.
