Time in Transit Map
|
Most orders are shipped the day we receive your order or the following
business day. Orders are shipped during normal business hours (Mon-Fri,
10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST). Orders
placed on Friday after 1:00 pm EST may not be shipped until the following
Monday. The time-in-transit map below shows the number
of days it should take for you to receive your order once it has been
shipped (not placed) using
the "UPS Ground" shipping method. Other shipping method options are
available. Note: Some "spa part" orders may be shipped
directly from our manufacturer in Arizona. Feel free to
